- Degrees: Integrative Psychologist
Sharon adopts an integrative approach to her clinical work, which is based on her extensive training in psychology, mindful and compassion-based practice, and yoga therapy. She integrates the benefits of psychotherapeutic principles with other mind body therapies to help improve psychological and emotional wellbeing.
Sharon’s undergraduate training is in Psychology, with further post-graduate training in mindfulness, person-centred, emotion-focused, and compassion-focused therapies. She holds a masters degree in both Forensic Psychology and Counselling Psychology and is currently employed as a clinical researcher at the University of Glasgow where she is working towards a Doctorate Degree. She is also a qualified Yoga, Mindfulness, and Pranayama teacher.
