Advanced Mindfulness Course is for those who have completed the MBSR or MBCT 8 week course. This course is suitable for those who are looking to deepen their mindfulness practice.

Learning from 4 week Advanced Mindfulness course can include ;

  • Four foundations of Mindfulness
  • Four Noble truths
  • Body scan practice, Mindfulness of Breathing (longer practice)
  • Eightfold path
  • Primary qualities of the heart
  • Loving Kindness and compassion practice


Advanced Mindfulness course meet once a week for 4 weeks and class time is 2 hours per week. Any necessary class materials or handouts will be provided and outside readings may be recommended.
