The Advanced Mindfulness Course is for those who have completed the 8-week MBSR or MBCT course. This course is suitable for those who are looking to deepen their Mindfulness Practice.

LEARNING FROM 6 WEEK ADVANCED MINDFULNESS COURSE CAN INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: -

  • The Four Foundations of Mindfulness
  • Body scan practice
  • Mindfulness of Breathing (longer practice)
  • The Four Noble Truths
  • The Eightfold Path
  • Primary qualities of the heart
  • Loving kindness and compassion practice

The advanced Mindfulness course meets once a week for 6 weeks and class time is 2 hours per week. Any necessary class materials or handouts will be provided and outside readings may be recommended.
