In these unprecedented times Glasgow Mindfulness Centre has taken the initiative to uplift your mental wellbeing by offering a free class in Mindfulness Meditation Practice which will be based on kindness meditation, self-compassion meditation and gratitude meditation.   

                       

Throughout the pandemic, every fortnight this class will be held via zoom so you can join the 1-hour session at the comfort of your own home. Whether you're new to meditation or you've been practising meditation on your own, this class would pave the way for you to experience the numerous benefits of mindfulness and achieve peace of mind by sending Loving Kindness and Compassion meditation to ourselves initially and to the rest of the world ultimately.

We at Glasgow Mindfulness Centre realized it's high time to take on this social service as the world is battling the Coronavirus pandemic and many people find it difficult to adjust to the new normal way of life with less human interactions and more solitude.
