Advanced Mindfulness course

The Advanced Mindfulness Course is for those who have completed the 8-week MBSR or MBCT course. This course is suitable for those who are looking to deepen their Mindfulness Practice.

LEARNING FROM 6 WEEK ADVANCED MINDFULNESS COURSE CAN INCLUDE;

  • The Four Foundations of Mindfulness
  • Body scan practice
  • Mindfulness of Breathing (longer practice)
  • The Four Noble Truths
  • The Eightfold Path
  • Primary qualities of the heart
  • Loving kindness and compassion practice

THE ADVANCED MINDFULNESS COURSE MEETS ONCE A WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS AND CLASS TIME IS

2 HOURS PER WEEK. ANY NECESSARY CLASS MATERIALS OR HANDOUTS WILL BE PROVIDED, AND OUTSIDE READINGS MAY BE RECOMMENDED.
