What is Kindfulness?
Kindfulness is the fusion of kindness and mindfulness, 2 concepts that are deeply rooted in the ancient philosophy. It revolves around being fully awake and present in the moment, completely in touch with your feelings and thoughts, while bearing kindness and compassion in your mind towards yourself and every other situation you face.
Once incorporated into your life, kindfulness will be an everyday practice that will undoubtedly guide you when a tough circumstance is met, when work related stress gets too overwhelming or when an unexpected loss is faced.
Any negative situation in life can be handled with patience and courage through practicing kindfulness which will improve your own endurance and stress management and will help you to achieve a peaceful state of mind.
