“The kindfulness” practice sits at the intersection of meditation and therapy, and as such can allow you to do the therapy work that perhaps you’ve always thought of doing, while using meditation to ‘dig’ and bring up all the past conditioning.

Personally, I found it extremely beneficial, and 6 sessions do much more than I would have imagined.
